Attorney Alex Coletrane attended Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, VA, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History before pursuing his legal career. As an undergraduate, he played several sports for the college, including football and golf. He received his juris doctor from the Widener University School of Law in 2009. Mr. Coletrane has received national recognition for his dedicated advocacy, including being on the trial team that successfully prosecuted Bristow v. John Crane, Inc, a mesothelioma case that resulted in one of “Virginia’s Largest Verdicts of 2012.” He has been named to the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 on multiple occasions and currently resides in Williamsburg with his wife and children.
